Who we are Our Clients have included Companies within the Automotive, Aerospace, Construction Equipment, Machine Tool, Process Plant Manufacturing and Sub-Contract Machining Industries, as well as Clients in Software Distribution and importing Electrical Equipment . In addition to our work within the UK, we have successfully completed a number of Projects which have required working in Europe, India, the Far East and the USA. SJ Ainsworth Consultancy Limited has developed a proven track record of practically applying Laser Systems to Industrial Applications using cutting, welding, measurement and marking processes, and has successfully completed a number of Projects involving this technology within the Automotive and Aerospace Manufacturing Industries processing both Steel and Aluminium Alloys. What we do
We will undertake Projects with Clients starting from any stage of the process, whether working with a Client's Design Team on a Simultaneous Engineering basis, advising on the facilities needed to set up a completely new manufacturing process, assessing a Client's processes to identify the opportunities which exist for reducing Costs and improving Efficiency, establishing and implementing a solution to a particular issue within a Client's Process, or Managing a Project on behalf of a Client to implement an already agreed solution within the cost and timing constraints specified. In each case, the techniques used for assessing the Client's processes involve the use of current Best Practice, and draw on practical experience gained during 28 years in Manufacturing Industry. Projects may involve working on an hourly or day rate, or on a fixed price basis, and may either be based at a Clients premises, or at our own office facility. The full range of services we
